By successfully configuring their Google Calendar, users can seamlessly synchronize their meetings and tasks between Asanito and Google Calendar. In order to provide this functionality, we access and utilize certain data from the user's Google Calendar. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users' information, and this privacy policy aims to thoroughly disclose our practices regarding the usage of Google user data.

Data Access and Usage:

• Meeting Synchronization: When a user creates a meeting in Asanito, a corresponding event is automatically created in their Google Calendar. Any edits made to the meeting details in Asanito will be reflected in the corresponding event in Google Calendar.
• Task Synchronization: When a user creates a task in Asanito, a corresponding task is generated in their Google Tasks. Any changes in the task status or updates made to the task details in either Asanito or Google Tasks will be synchronized between the two platforms.

Limited Data Usage:

We only access and utilize the data necessary for the synchronization process as described above. Our use of Google user data is strictly limited to the practices explicitly disclosed in this privacy policy.

Data Security:

We employ appropriate security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the user's Google Calendar data. We do not store or retain any user data obtained from Google Calendar beyond what is required for the synchronization process.

Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy, Including Limited Use Requirements:
